This course is intended for students of the 3rd Food Technology and Quality Control in S5. The module is Food Microbiology (F511). The objective of this module is to acquire knowledge of microbiology specific to the food field. These courses are based on the fundamental notions of microbiology that the student must have beforehand.
Ce cours est destiné aux étudiants de la 3éme année Licence Technologie agroalimentaire et contrôle de qualité en S5. le module est Microbiologie alimentaire (F511). l'objectif de ce module est de faire acquérir des connaissances de microbiologie spécifiques au domaine alimentaire.
Ces cours s’appuient sur les notions fondamentales de microbiologie que l’étudiant devra
obligatoirement posséder au préalable.
