Optimisation Avancée

Optimization is a mathematical approach to finding the “best decision/action” from a “set of alternatives”. In practice, we start from a concrete problem, we model it and we solve it mathematically. In the industrial sector, optimization intervenes in the maximization of production profit, the minimization of transport costs, the minimization of production time, the deviation from a target value...Mathematically, optimization translates by searching for the points of the domain (values of the decision variables) in which the function studied takes the maximum or minimum value.
